I figured it was the Steam launch options i set: -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -noprecache -novblank -heapsize 2097152. From what I understand, NVIDIA desktop users don't have any VRAM detection problem with this new version. 1 minute black screen on start.
