The parts lists shows "mopar ACTUATOR, Heater 04856668" but that doesnt come up with much. I think the mopar # would have like AA designation at the end of the part #. This is the line that starts at the manifold and runs across the back of the firewall with a branch to the heater control, speed control, and finally to the vacuum reservoir under the battery.
