The option you need is within Master Controller (Cheats module required as well as base mod). Click on the sim you want to change the level for then:-. NRaas > Master Controller > Intermediate > Career > Level. The level numbers appear in the 'Count' column at the end. Click on the City Hall, and navigate the menu: "NRaas \ Master Controller \ Sim \ Intermediate \ Remove Memories". Filter by which sims you want to remove the memories (or Press Cancel and use the "All" entry to choose everyone). You will then be prompted as to which type of cleanup you want to perform. I use the MasterController mod with the Cheats add-on from NRaas. Click any Sim (it works on all of them) -> NRaas -> Master Controller -> Advanced -> Edit in CAS. The most common cause I've seen for this kind of crash is installing the Master Controller Progression module without also installing Story Progression. If that's the your situation, I'd recommend removing Master Controller Progression.
